Your data belongs to you.
Everything you put into doctors-app is yours. We do not sell it, share it, read it, or use it for ourselves. We keep it private, and we keep it safe.
This page explains how we treat your data. It is short on purpose. There are no hidden exceptions and no fine print that changes the promise above.
Our promise, in plain words
- Your records stay yours. You can export or delete them whenever you want.
- We never sell your data, and we never trade it for anything.
- We never share your data with other practices, advertisers, or data brokers.
- We never read your records out of curiosity. Support access needs your request and stays limited to the problem.
- We never use your data to train AI, build profiles, or target ads.
- We store it securely, back it up, and let only a few people near it.
1. Your data belongs to you
Your patient records, appointments, messages, bills, files, and everything else you add are your property. You own them today and every day. You can ask for a copy, correct anything that is wrong, and delete what you no longer want. We hold your data for you. We never claim it as ours.
2. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your data to anyone. Not to advertisers, data brokers, insurers, laboratories, pharmacies, partners, or any other company. We have no side deal, hidden plan, or future project that turns your records into revenue. We are paid for the service, and that is the only way we make money.
3. We do not share your data
Your practice is sealed off from every other practice on the platform. Only the people you invite can see your data. We do not publish it, post it, pass it to another doctor, or hand it to a business that wants it for its own use. A small number of infrastructure providers help us host and protect the service. They process data only on our instructions, under strict confidentiality, and never for their own purposes.
4. We do not look at your data
Your records are not reading material for us. Our team does not browse patient charts, open files, or read messages. Access is limited to a very small number of people, and every access is logged and reviewed. If you ask us to fix a problem that requires us to look, we ask for your permission first and look only at what the problem needs.
5. We do not use your data
We do not use your data to train AI models, build patient profiles, score people, target advertising, or create reports to sell. We do not mine your messages for insights. Your data is used only to run the features you ask for: showing a schedule, opening a chart, sending a message, preparing an invoice, or keeping a file ready. Nothing else.
6. How we keep private data private
Privacy is a practice, not a promise we make once. We follow the best privacy and security practices at every layer of the service: encrypted connections, encrypted storage, practices isolated from one another, strict access controls, careful backups, and secure development. We collect only what the service needs. We do not add advertising trackers or sell usage data. When we learn a better way to protect your data, we adopt it.
7. If something ever goes wrong
If a security incident ever affects your data, we tell you quickly, in plain words, with what happened, what we are doing, and what you should do. We do not hide problems. We fix them, learn from them, and tell you the truth.
8. Questions about privacy
Ask us anything about this page. We will explain it in plain words, help you get a copy of your data, or delete it if you ask. Reach us through the same support channel you use for your practice, and a person will answer.
Your data is yours. That does not change.
We built doctors-app to hold your practice together, not to profit from your records. If a choice ever puts your privacy against our growth, we choose your privacy. Every time.
